The Ba0.9Ca0.1TiO3 compound is prepared by the solid state reaction process. The used precursors are BaCO3 ( 99.95%), CaCO3 ( 99.8%) and TiO2 ( 99.9% ), taken in a stoichiometric ratio. They are mixed and grinded in an agate mortar for 2 h. Thereafter, we built pellets by applying a pressure of 3000 Psi.
